Insignia Crew is a superyacht crew placement agency based in the UK.  Established in 2017 by a husband and wife duo, we combined our diverse backgrounds in the Royal Marines, maritime sector and television production -transitioning from duty and deck responsibilities, along with studio management, to create our own business.

Our experiences in dynamic and fast-paced environments, paired with our love for the ocean, inspired us to offer a first class crew placement service to the superyacht industry, with special focus on assisting military veterans in finding fulfilling second careers at sea.

We’ve built Insignia Crew on a foundation of honesty, hard work, and a strong moral compass—all with a good dose of humour!
