After 12 years of service in the Royal Marines, our Founder – Andrew Holme, joined the superyacht industry
where he quickly saw how his skills, mindset and maritime experience seamlessly translated into roles on board.

Insignia Crew is an MCA certified placement agency and was founded to bring this level of professionalism to the industry;
we represent both former military AND civilian talent for balanced, high-performing crew to better serve our clients.
