After 12 years of service in the Royal Marines, our Founder – Andrew Holme,
fulfilled a long-term ambition by starting a second career within the superyacht industry.
As CPO and part of the Deck team aboard a 70+m yacht, Andrew soon realised that the industry would very much benefit from crew who:

especially Royal Navy and Royal Marines whose maritime skill sets and experience perfectly match the demands of the industry.
Andrew’s time within the industry made him determined to raise awareness with:
a) the yachts – to highlight the many benefits employing former military personnel delivers, and
b) veterans – to present the industry as a viable career path
